Return Policy

If your order arrives and it is not right, we'll fix it! NO NONSENSE - we promise. And we totally get it - finding the perfect fit may take a few tries.  If you need help finding another size or another style, just give us a shout!
Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return unworn, unlaundered items, EXCEPT PANTIES, within 30 days of delivery. If it's past the 30 days, depending on the item and the circumstances, we may accept the return with a restocking fee or issue you store credit.
Returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right not to accept returns that are damaged, including stains from deodorant and transfers of perfume odor.
Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to health code regulations we cannot accept the return on any panty or thong unless the package is unopened.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Return Shipping Options

For customers within the U.S., you have the option of using the supplied pre-paid USPS return label for a fee of $5.95. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.  Using the supplied label saves you the hassle of creating a shipping label yourself and is usually cheaper than what you would pay on your own. Make sure to fill out the Return Form located on the back of your packing slip.
  • Fill out the Return Form and Exchange Instructions form included in your package and indicate if you would like a refund or exchange.
  • Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Return Form and Exchange Instructions" back into the original shipping box or similar shipping container. Securely tape your shipment closed.
  • Attach the enclosed USPS return label to the outside of the box. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.
  • Drop the box off at any Post Office or authorized USPS location. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a USPS carrier.
  • Please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back at our warehouse after you have shipped the package.
For customers located outside the U.S., or if you would like to pay for your own return shipping, you are free to use the shipping carrier of your choice. Please send the return package to:

If you received your package via UPS and need to return and item, please contact us and we can process a return label for you.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or items that you did not order, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the items to be returned to us. It is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping, if it is a result of our error.


If you find that your items don't have the exact fit that you are looking for, don't worry - exhanges are easy. After you process your return, simply place a new order for the correct size. That means you'll claim the inventory and get your new items shipped right away! If you're in no rush, you can fill out the exchange info on the back of the packing slip and we can process the new order for you once we get your items back. If you paid via Paypal, we cannot process the exchange order for you, so you will need to place your own reorder.
The replacement shipping for your first exchange will be processed FREE of charge (US orders only - shipping fees will apply for international customers).

Vendor Sales Return Policy:

Wholesale Customers: Please contact us for questions and concerns regarding returns and exchanges.  Order discrepancies including short shipments and damages must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt.  Please carefully cross reference your order with the packing slip - items ordered but not shipped (out of stock) will not be billed.
Under some circumstance, your return may be subject to a repacking or restocking fee (including orders returned after 30 days if we choose to accept it). Please note that we have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return guidelines.  Q-T Intimates reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges based on availability.
