Please carefully cross reference your order with the packing slip - items ordered but not shipped (out of stock) will not be billed.
Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return unworn, unlaundered items, EXCEPT PANTIES, within 30 days of delivery. Under some circumstance, your return may be subject to a repacking or restocking fee (including orders returned after 30 days if we choose to accept it). Please note that we have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return guidelines. Q-T Intimates reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges based on availability.
